It’s ok (and healthy, even) to allow each other the freedom to explore individual interests. Be curious about their hobbies! Ask questions! Spend time in their world! However, if the other person wants to enjoy time investing in a hobby alone, it can be freeing to enjoy that as a part of quality solitude.

It’s ok to not spend every minute together. Allowing yourself a chance to process in solitude with the Lord can create a healthier relationship with your spouse."
